Situated directly on the waterfront of Port Forum Marina, SLS Barcelona will make its highly anticipated debut in the Fall of this year. Located in the central and well-connected district of Landstraße, the latest addition to the Hox family is the Hoxton Vienna. The hotel will offer 196 rooms, one restaurant, a speakeasy bar, and a rooftop bar with pool. In common with its sister properties, the hotel’s concept is that of a cool neighbourhood hang-out – warm, welcoming, and comfortable. There will be three meeting & event spaces, one of which will be an auditorium seating 100 people – a first for any Hoxton worldwide.

ExCel London, the UK capital’s conference centre, will be launching their newly expanded facilities in Q4 2024. The expansion will add 25% of additional space to the centre and include state-of-the-art ICC convention facilities, exhibition halls, and conference rooms, together with high-end meeting rooms and catering facilities. The expansion will make ExCel London the largest fully integrated conference and exhibition centre in Europe.

Located in one of Barcelona’s newest and most contemporary neighborhoods, Tembo Barcelona offers a new concept in luxury accommodation in the city. Just steps from the Museum Blau, Diagonal Mar Shopping, the CCIB convention center, marina, and Mediterranean beaches, this chic tower hotel is a great base. There are 280 suites, studios, and apartments, all featuring an equipped kitchen and private terrace, a rooftop infinity pool overlooking the city’s skyline, and three dining spaces, including a rooftop tapas bar offering panoramic views. Treehouse Manchester will open in the Deansgate neighbourhood in Manchester in Summer 2024, offering 224 foliage-decked, environmentally-friendly rooms promising to shake up the hospitality offering of the UK’s second city. The quirky, homey style of this brand is unlike any other currently available. As with the existing London outpost, which is famed for its gorgeous rooftop bar and restaurant, the food and beverage offering here will be extensive. On the ground floor, the restaurant will offer a menu led by locally-sourced produce while a 14th-floor eatery will specialize in Southeast Asian cuisine. The hotel will offer space for private events and parties of up to 400 people, and will include a spacious screening room (exact capacities yet to be determined).

Located in the Bièvre Valley an hour from Paris, the historic Domaine du Montcel will be home to the Dolce by Wyndham Versailles. The 18th-century chateau is set in 14 acres of parkland, and the 168 guest rooms and suites are spread across the Chateau & the Village des Arts, all with beautiful park or forest views. Headquarters of the Cartier Foundation from 1984 to 1993, the Domaine du Montcel has always had a link with the art world. This artistic and cultural heritage is present both inside and outside the hotel, and includes two majestic works of contemporary art sitting in the gardens. In terms of meeting space, there will be an 1,800 square meter conference center with 18 meeting and reception rooms, including the natural light-filled Baccarat room, seating 350 people in a theatre style setup.

The Four Seasons Madrid has a fantastic location in the heart of Madrid’s city centre, within walking distance of some of the city’s key attractions. With 200 bedrooms, the hotel also has 7 meeting rooms of 1,700 square meters total, and a ballroom that has natural light and can seat up to 165 people or 330 people when combined with Canalejas Hall. The ballroom also has the added benefit of having access to an outdoor courtyard, which can hold up to 200 people. All of the meeting rooms within the hotel are flooded with natural light, and along with the ballroom, the venue offers a larger second meeting space that can also seat 350 people. The hotel has a stunning rooftop dining area by Spanish celebrity chef Dani Garcia, which offers a delicious Asian Mediterranean menu along with an award-winning cocktail bar and restaurant Isa, and a four-level Wellness Centre with a beautiful sun-splashed pool terrace.

Located 20 minutes from London Heathrow Airport, the former home of the third Duke of Marlborough opened as The Langley Hotel in 2022 after a six-year refurbishment which saw it sympathetically transformed into a boutique luxury hotel. There are four meeting rooms in total, the largest being the Wintergarden, seating a maximum of 100 theatre-style or 80 banquets. Open for just over one year and situated on the coast of Rabat, visitors can now stay at the new 5.5 star Conrad Rabat Arzana, located approximately 30 minutes from Rabat airport, (and one hour from Casablanca’s international airport). Conrad Rabat has 120 bedrooms, all with balconies, and most have views overlooking the sea. The hotel has a resort feel with two restaurants – one of which is an exclusive 99 Sushi restaurant – and two bars/lounges. The Four Seasons Milan is very well located in the center of Milan’s fashion district. The JW Marriott Cannes was recently refurbished, and the improvements were evident around the property.
