The Broadwick Soho is located in the heart of London’s Soho. It offers 57 guest rooms and suites, including a penthouse, and residents benefit from exclusive use of The Nook Lounge, which is not open to the public. There are two restaurants, one of which, Dear Jackie, is only open for dinner, so it can be privatized for breakfast and lunch and seats just under 50 guests. They will also consider dinner privatization on a case-by-case basis. The 7th floor showcases Flute, the hotel bar, with a wraparound terrace, which they will also consider privatizing for events on a case-by-case basis. There is one event space, The Dining Room, located on the top floor with a fixed long table for up to 24 guests. The room is fitted with a screen, sound system, video conferencing and has bi-fold doors opening up to views across Soho.

The Lana by Dorchester forms one-half of an interconnected building in the Business Bay area of downtown Dubai, centrally located to shops and restaurants. The hotel is designed to make the most of the city’s beautiful vistas and sunsets. “The Lana” has multiple meanings, translating to a “warm sense of belonging” and to “gently float in calm water,” which represents the hotel as a place of exceptional tranquility and hospitality. The Lana will feature 225 guest rooms, with 126 suites, 858 square meters of meeting space, several food and beverage options, indoor and outdoor seating, spa, fitness center, and rooftop pool.

The Old War Offices were home to many well-known historical figures such as Sir Winston Churchill, Lord Haldane, Earl Kitchener, and John Profumo, and the inspiration behind Ian Fleming’s elusive James Bond. It has now been beautifully renovated into a hotel. Raffles OWO offers 120 guest rooms including 39 suites, and 1,286 square meters of event space. The OWO would work well for dinners and conferences that do not require many breakouts. Their largest ballroom at 678 square meters can accommodate up to 600 guests in rounds.

The ex-Crowne Plaza Blackfriars London has now transformed into the new Hyatt Regency London Blackfriars. The main entrance, reception, and restaurants are well-designed and easy to navigate. Their Chinese Cricket Club restaurant, NYnLON bistro, and 1920s-inspired bar, The Leaf and Cane, can be hired exclusively for groups. The Hyatt Regency London Blackfriars features 205 guest rooms and 235 square meters of meeting space, with their largest room, the Bridewell Suite comfortably accommodating 140 guests in rounds.

Superbly situated alongside Hyde Park Corner and Wellington Arch, The Peninsula London occupies one of the city’s most prestigious addresses. Newly built and impeccably designed to harmonize with the surrounding heritage buildings, the hotel is just steps away from Kensington Gardens and other iconic attractions. The Peninsula London offers 190 guest rooms and 1,896 square meters of event space, with their largest space, St. George’s Ballroom accommodating 450 guests in rounds and 1,200 guests standing for a reception.

Rosewood Munich is the brand’s first property in Germany and seventh property in Europe. Housed in two landmark historical buildings comprised of the former headquarters of the State Bank of Bavaria and the adjacent Palais Neuhaus-Preysing, and a former grand aristocratic residence, Rosewood Munich will be situated on Kardinal-Faulhaber-Strasse in the heart of the historic city center. Ideally located within walking distance of several of the city’s most popular sites and destinations, Rosewood Munich will offer 132 spacious guest rooms and suites designed to complement the property’s original façade. The property will feature an inviting lobby lounge and two distinct dining venues, a full- service spa, as well as an indoor pool and fitness area. Additionally, the hotel will offer 611 square meters of event space to accommodate up to 400 guests.

Lainston House is a 17th century luxury hotel set within 63 acres of Hampshire Parkland. The original house was designed by renowned architect Sir Christopher Wren for Charles II. The arrival experience is impressive with a sweeping driveway climbing up to the house. There are 50 individually decorated bedrooms and suites and eight meeting rooms, all with natural light. There are two restaurants onsite, The Avenue and the Wellhouse, which specialize in wood-fired dishes and are also home to Season Cooking School, where up to 24 guests can experience a range of cookery classes and explore the on-site kitchen garden.

Opening in January 2022, Fairmont Windsor Park is located on the edge of historic Windsor Great Park within an hour outside of London. The hotel is surrounded by 40 acres of open green space featuring a tranquil lake and was designed to reflect the site’s heritage while offering modern elegance. With 251 bedrooms including 32 suites, Fairmont Windsor Park is a great option to have events outside of London, especially for large conferences with multiple breakouts with 6,001 square meters of meeting space.

Opened in November 2023, W Edinburgh is the second W Hotel in the UK and is a uniquely shaped building situated in the heart of Edinburgh, offering 360-degree views over the city. Their 244 guest rooms including 45 suites feature a private balcony. Although the meeting space is on the smaller side at 283 total square meters, their largest room can comfortably accommodate 100 in theatre style. The hotel overall is very modern and has a great vibe, featuring unforgettable dining, specialty bars, and a rooftop deck.

The Grove Hotel, a peaceful country estate set on 300 acres, is located in Hertfordshire outside of London. The Grove’s hidden gem is the Walled Garden, complete with a kitchen garden, a beach with volleyball, a tennis court, and a heated outdoor pool. Surrounded by a park and woodland, the hotel has a wealth of activities, including Segway experiences, walking trails and bike rides. With 215 guest rooms and suites, and 929 square meters of meeting space primarily located in the West Wing of the hotel, The Grove also offers event space in the Manor House and private outdoor garden space.

Located at 22 Bishopsgate, the Convene offers 4,645 square meters of dedicated meeting rooms for events of up to 406 people. The artfully designed and flexible spaces come equipped with built-in technology, furniture, catering, and staffing. The Convene offers new and modern event spaces on 2 dedicated floors, great for large events without a guest room commitment.

Bacchanalia, the new restaurant concept from Richard Caring’s Caprice Holdings opened in 2022, offers Greek and Italian cuisine. It delivers a glamorous dining destination where every corner is a work of art – including 2,000-year-old antiques. Bacchanalia offers a unique dining experience inspired by the opulent Bacchanalian feasts of the ancient world. The private dining room option located on the first floor can accommodate up to 20 guests on one long table, and you can also semi-privatize the 1st floor mezzanine which is suitable for drinks and dinner for up to 30 seated on one long table, or 80 guests standing.
