The St. Regis Longboat Key resort is set to open this year on the beautiful shores of the Gulf of Mexico on Sarasota, Florida’s barrier island. The 18-acre resort will feature an ocean-front spa, private beach, pools with personal cabanas, a family-friendly winding waterway, and an exclusive saltwater lagoon wildlife experience with Galapagos tortoises. The resort will offer 168 guest rooms, including 26 suites with private terraces that will be accompanied by their signature St. Regis Butler Service. It will feature 36,285 square feet of meeting and event space, including outdoor lawns that will be perfect for groups.

As Loews’ second and largest hotel in Arlington, Texas, the Loews Arlington makes its debut opening this year. The one-of-a-kind property is connected to both the new Arlington Convention Center and Live! by Loews Arlington via a sky bridge just across the street. It is also conveniently located near Globe Life Field, Choctaw Stadium, and AT&T Stadium. Loews Arlington offers 888 guest rooms and suites, 200,000 square feet of indoor meeting space, and 66,000 square feet of outdoor meeting space, including their event lawn. The hotel will also feature 5 restaurants and lounges, a resort-style beach club with two pools, a full-service spa and salon, and a fitness center.

Situated in Tribeca in Lower Manhattan, Firmdale Hotels has opened its third New York property (joining Crosby Street Hotel and The Whitby Hotel) with the debut of the Warren Street Hotel. Over 11 floors, there are 69 individually-designed bedrooms, suites, and residences, each with full-length windows and some with private garden terraces. On the ground floor is the property’s restaurant, Warren Street Bar & Restaurant, as well as The Orangery, which can be booked for private dining and events; the space can host up to 125 guests for a reception or up to 32 at one table for a seated dinner. The hotel is a celebration of contemporary art and designs with all interiors by Kit Kemp Design Studio.

Connected to Georgia World Congress Center, Signia by Hilton Atlanta is now the tallest building on the west side of Atlanta, with 42 stories enveloped in wall-to-wall glass, offering panoramic views of downtown Atlanta. The hotel features 976 guest rooms, including 70 suites, and has more than 100,000 square feet of flexible meeting space, including the largest hotel ballroom in Georgia and over 30,000 square feet of outdoor event space. The property also boasts eight food and beverage concepts: a spa, beauty bar, rooftop pool, and fitness center.

Opening in June, AVA Resort Cancun is a new large, luxury all-inclusive hotel with 1,622 guestrooms (including suites and villas) and a 53,000 square foot ballroom within its 90,000 square feet of event space. Onsite, there are six fine dining restaurants, eight casual dining outlets, and several options for nightlife. Every guest room at AVA looks out onto the Caribbean, which is quite the feat at such a sizeable property.
